When I made the purchase of the plugin I had serious difficulties in the installation due to my limited technical knowledge, but the technical support in particular to Vince helped me through the entire installation process and worked perfectly.
Months later, I did the update and also had the support whenever I immediately to do the update.
I highly recommend the plugin, it works fine. It may get better, but I believe that it will get better and better over time. But as for who sells and to the support I was very satisfied and for that I recommend.

I was initially sceptical to purchase this plugin due to the previous reviews, however when I contacted the guys at CodeBox, Vince was happy to allow me a 48 hour trial to get the plugin up and working before sending payment, which was clearly non-refundable. I have tried many other CSF plugins, including Unban Center from ModulesGarden and the old JetBackup one, however despite my best efforts to modify the code to make it compatible with the latest version of WHMCS, I could not find any working solution.
The setup process for this module is not the easiest (as it requires installation on both the server and WHMCS), however the CodeBox Wiki made the process much easier with the step by step installation instructions and a one-line command to install the server-side scripts. The WHMCS module worked fine - I just clicked one button and it was synced to all my CSF servers. I was able to view and edit the raw allow and deny files, and also modify the whitelist and blacklist through the plugin interface. Bundled with the main plugin, there is also a 'tech' plugin, which basically creates an interface similar to CSF inside of WHMCS to allow staff members to block, unblock and whitelist IP addresses easily.
The client area hook is also very clean - it automatically hooks onto cPanel and Reseller accounts (as well as DirectAdmin and a few others I believe), however I had my own custom WHMCS provisioning module which was not natively supported. Vince was more than happy to provide a copy of the unencrpyted hook to allow me to modify this to enable my custom module to work - I just needed to add a singe line of code!
The plugin now works flawlessly, and integrates with my custom WHMCS theme perfectly. Vince has always been on hand to answer my questions (I usually receive replies within minutes), and has gone above and beyond to help me get the plugin working on my system. He never came across as 'angry' or 'unprofessional'.
After reading the other reviews for this plugin, I believe the buyers are either extremely inexperienced with WHMCS or CSF, or simply incapable of reading the documentation provided by CodeBox. I didn't experience a single issue raised by then in my experience.
I would recommend this plugin to anybody in search of an easy way to manage CSF from their WHMCS client area, and I will certainly keep an eye out for any more plugins that CodeBox will release in the future.

2. After 3 hours I need put a ticket for activate license
3. After ticket get license instant, and download zip with only a file.
4. Not README, nod manual,
5. In customer area not manual, not knowledge about modulo.
6. I need googling for get manual
7. Manual confusing, speakc anout older versions...
18 years using WHMCS, and I'm using some modules.
It is the worst module I have found in the market.
And the support person over gets angry and gives me back the money, saying that another day will be.

Bought and not delivered until 4 hours later.
Forget that before I ‘m googling, look in your site where the documentation is confusing.
Forget that I am a user of WHMCS for some time, and therefore I know how is the system of undoing modules.
Forget that in your site, in dashboard for customer and product not link to manual.
Forget that che I put a question, you limit to refundación instead give support.
You forget many things.
But above all, he loses his lack of education, when instead of giving support he limited himself to returning the money.
And by the way, correct the manuals at once.

4. I can go on and on about why I decided to refund your payment. You made complaints before even submitted a ticket about the actual module itself.
Your complaint is about,
i) WHMCS didn't deploy your license immediately. Which I admit is an issue on our end.
ii) You didn't download the correct package and you complained about not being able to find the readme file.
All in all, there is nothing that I could do for this customer for his arrogance attitude towards me.
