Very bad and poor support.
Support requests are not answered at all or very late.
A cronjob error caused by the module could not be fixed or solved.
We run a business and because of this issue in the module we are victims. However, the developer does not seem to be interested!

Update:
The support Ticket was open on 17th June, today 06th July, the Support still doesn't solve the issue.
On 30th June they ask again for full SSH Access. Untill today not just one reply from their Support !!!
WHMCS should prohibit this kind of Vendors !!

I just compared screenshots and product descriptions from previously, and aside from the fact that you removed the words "CLOUD", and "VPS" (which is a good thing), adjusting your product description, and then claiming that people should change their honest assessments and begging them to do so while stating that their reviews contain inaccuracies based on the recent changes in your verbiage describing your product is NOT an ETHICAL action on your part (Did you think people would not notice?). Further, responding to these reviews by everyone all on the same day (today), mine from 13 months ago and others even further back than that, sort of demonstrates a lack of active development and support - I note others asking for updates that went unaddressed for many months. This is not the way to run a business WebSoftSolus team.
When I asked, over a year ago, in your support ticket system why your *Hetzner Cloud* module would not work for me, you explained that it doesn't actually work for *CLOUD*. You stated in those tickets that it works with *ROBOT* and in fact CANNOT manage VPSes, even though your product description here said so emphatically!
You can update your descriptions all you want, but doing so and then berating people based on their experiences when your module was branded differently before only earns you one less star from me - I have updated my review as you requested today. I have changed it to one star and would give less based on your deception and blatant dishonesty if that was possible.
People read these reviews before deciding on whether to use or try out a product. People will read this review. Do you think they'll be inclined to use your products now that you have demonstrated what level of trust and confidence they can expect from you where their livelihoods are concerned? Really? You actually think that changing your product description and blaming the users is the way to earn someone's business?
And you still have not released the module that works with Hetzner's cloud services have you? After a year and a half of saying, 'soon'.
At this point, I wouldn't touch any of your products with a ten foot pole - I believe you to be quite dishonest in your business practices.
My original review for your Module, as it was then, *Hetzner Cloud* follows below:
We installed the module to evaluate and hopefully deploy. White labeling VPS servers was the attractive aspect of this module with control panels to spin up/down, start/stop, and provide remote access services for the customer directly through our WHMCS instance.
What we found, however, is that there is no VPS white-label support. One has to purchase infrastructure services at Hetzner that are pricey (amounting to the equivalent of a dedicated server as a host for virtual machines).
We set up our account at Hetzner and were impressed with their vps offerings and pricing, but the module wouldn't function at all with this, as there are two sides to Hetzner - one that deploys cloud resources as mentioned above in which case there's really no point in using the WebSoftSolus module, as we could just as easily use a ModulesGarden OpenStack Module or simply integrate Hetzner infrastructure into our offerings via our own OpenNebula.
We opened a ticket at WebSoftSolus and they confirmed that their module will indeed NOT WORK for white labelling the Hetzner VPS offferings, but that they are working on another module that will accommodate this functionality and will notify us as soon as the module is ready for us to test - that was several months ago and still nothing.
We are hopeful, that WebSoftSolus will complete this new module, but the one we're reviewing here WILL NOT enable you to leverage Hetzner's VPS offerings under your own while label. Not at all.

Indeed the description of the module has changed because there have been updates but it has never included the word "CLOUD", which means the opposite is dishonest.
Before the launch of the hetzner Cloud offers, hetzner offered VPSs that it called "vServers" (Virtual Servers CX), our module allowed to manage both types of servers "VPS" and "Dedicated".
At the beginning of the Hetzner Cloud offers, we had many customers who were confusing between vServers and Cloud offers, we had paid great attention to all the descriptions of our module on all platforms and we made sure that there was nothing that could be misleading about the module's features.
The "vServer" offer continue to coexist with the "Cloud" offer last several years and our module continued to be compatible with both types of servers with a noVNC console, snapshots...etc, (the screenshots of this description still show it) and the description on our site is the same for years, even screenshots dates of the launch of the module!.
Until November 2019 when Hetzner decided to migrate all vServers "VPS" to the Cloud platform, we made an update to remove the support for vServers "VPS" (see changelog) and remove the support for VPS from the description.
During this update of the description, I took the time to read and respond to all comments including yours that I find unfair, you rate the module based on your own expectations, you wanted a module for cloud offerings but as it does not, you give it a bad rating!
We can think that maybe you don't know the hetzner offers and you confused the VPS and the cloud, but no! because you opened a ticket with our support in May 2018 when you tried our module and we explained the difference between the two Hetzner offers (Cloud and vServers) and you didn't notice any dishonesty in the description, for what reason do you say the opposite today?
You say you compared the screenshots from the old description, show them to us!
We have hundreds of customers who have been using the module for years and are very satisfied with it, but of course only dissatisfied people take the time to post reviews here.
We will fix it, we offer a free month to all those who post honest and constructive comments, whether positive or negative.
I just hope it will allow our oldest customers to confirm what I'm saying and answer you with their actual usage experience and not with your test that has not resulted in any usage.
Put the note you want, it's not the most important thing, but be honest, don't say that we had a misleading description, or that we had to say that the module was compatible with cloud offerings because it's a lie, rate the module according to these features, not according to your expectations that are not part of the module characteristics, rate our support you have rated 5 stars at several times...

The module is intended to manage dedicated servers as described in the description so note the fact that it does not manage cloud servers or that it can not walk the dog is out of scope.
Concerning the white label, you probably misunderstood the principle
The white label means that your customer never sees Hetzner on its interface and has no way of knowing that it is a Hetzner server
You can sell servers with your own brand without the customer knowing that it is a Hetzner server
Please update your unjustified rating taking into account only the module description and these features for "DEDIED SERVERS".

Guys are you serious? I manually checked and I paid over 600 EUR for rent of servers that were supposed to be cancelled automatically by the plugin! I manually clicked to Terminate them, it never did. This bug has cost me a ton of money.

We replied in 2 hours that we had not been able to reproduce the problem and we offered you to check it for free, but you did not follow up.
We assumed that you had found the source of the problem that'it was not due to our module.
You have continued to use and renew your licence until May 2019, more than 20 months after the report.
We therefore assume that you were satisfied with our module because otherwise you would not have continued to renew your license.
It would have been more honest of you to correct your unjustified comment and rating.
