How It Works

Client Side Flow

When KYC verification is required, the client is notified inside the client area.
The client uploads the requested documents and submits the verification request.
The current verification status is always visible to the client.

Admin Side Flow

Administrators review submitted documents from the WHMCS admin area.
Each request can be approved, rejected, or set back to processing with internal notes.
Services can remain restricted until verification is approved.

Privacy and Data Control

All uploaded documents and verification data remain within your own WHMCS installation.
No information is sent to external services or third parties.
