Turn WHMCS into the central customer interface for your KeyHelp hosting services.
The KeyHelp module integrates provisioning, service management and customer self-service directly into WHMCS. New orders automatically create the corresponding KeyHelp hosting account with its assigned hosting plan and, optionally, the first domain and Let's Encrypt certificate.
Customers can manage domains, mailboxes, FTP users, MySQL databases, SSL certificates and other hosting resources without leaving the familiar WHMCS client area. When access to the complete KeyHelp interface is required, customer SSO provides direct access without a separate login.
The module communicates with KeyHelp through the KeyHelp v2 API and supports multiple KeyHelp servers.
Assign a KeyHelp server to a WHMCS product and select the corresponding KeyHelp hosting plan. Limits for disk space, traffic, domains, e-mail and other resources are inherited from the selected hosting plan.
When a customer orders the product, WHMCS automatically provisions the corresponding hosting account in KeyHelp. The first domain can optionally be created during provisioning, including a www subdomain and Let's Encrypt certificate.
Package changes update the assigned KeyHelp hosting plan. Suspensions, unsuspensions and terminations are synchronized with KeyHelp according to the WHMCS service lifecycle.
Customers do not need to switch between WHMCS and KeyHelp for everyday hosting administration.
The WHMCS client area provides access to:
For functions that require the complete KeyHelp interface, customers can open the KeyHelp panel directly through SSO without entering a separate password.
Existing KeyHelp accounts can be linked to WHMCS services instead of creating duplicate hosting accounts.
The module can identify an existing account using information such as the username, KeyHelp client ID or domain. This makes the module suitable for both new installations and existing KeyHelp environments that are being integrated into WHMCS.
The module supports multiple KeyHelp servers.
Each WHMCS product can use the appropriate server and hosting plan. Available hosting plans are retrieved from the assigned KeyHelp server, allowing different hosting environments and packages to be managed through one WHMCS installation.
The WHMCS administration area provides information about connected KeyHelp servers, including:
Connection settings and API credentials are managed through the standard WHMCS server configuration.
The licence key is configured under System Settings → Addon Modules.
Without an active licence, the module operates in read-only mode. Existing hosting accounts and services continue to run, while new provisioning and modification actions are blocked until a valid licence is available.
Depending on the licence, limits for managed KeyHelp accounts may apply.
