- Dedicated Server Products Setup Fees: - (As our clients wanted an option of having Set up fee with both One time and Monthly billing for dedicated products. We have updated it and now the users get an option for another billing cycle as well).
- OS Template issue with Lagom theme: (In the beginning there was an issue when users were updating the Billing cycle, the operating system list was not visible, particularly for the users using Lagom theme. It’s been fixed, users would be able to access the Operating System on updating Billing Cycle).
- Mobile Responsive: ( Since it is the age of going Mobile, so now our custom cart is mobile, and tab optimized).
- VPS cron sync issue: ( There was an issue with the VPS Synchronization, which was when admin created a new product “None” option was not available in the “Additional IP” configuration. This is now resolved; users would get the “None” option).
- IP listing in client area: (In the earlier version Listing IP was not working and our client’s users had no option for that, we have added that feature of Listing IP in the client area, to make it seamless for the users to check the IP Listing).
- Hardware Info Tab: - (The details of Hardware were missing, we have now added an option, where the user can check all the Hardware details in a blink of an eye).
- Standard_cart Compatibility: ( We have updated our module order form to work with default “standard_cart”).

I purchased OVH Module from this company on October 16, 2023, with the hopes of streamlining our operations and enhancing efficiency. However, right from the start, we encountered errors at every step of the setup process. Despite promptly reporting these issues to the company, the response time was unacceptable. The assurances of resolving the problems promptly were not met, leaving us feeling ignored and frustrated.
The module has consistently failed to perform even the most basic functions it was designed for, generating errors at every step. Every time we inquired about the progress, we were told that the team was working on our issue and that they would update us soon. However, when we asked for a deadline, they did not bother to respond to our query and provided irrelevant responses. Despite these reassurances, the issue remains unsolved, and the module remains dysfunctional.
Due to the module's persistent failures and the lack of effective support from the company, we have no choice but to request a refund. However, our requests for a refund have been met with silence, with no attention given to our concerns. It's disappointing that the company has not given our refund request the attention it deserves, leaving us feeling neglected as customers. Attached are screenshots of some of the chats with them as evidence of our efforts to seek resolution.

Module is outdated and does not work. Asked for a refund, my request keeps getting ignored. Per their refund policy; "10 Days Money Back Guarantee All purchases at whmcsglobalservices.com via Paypal are covered by our “10 days No Questions Asked Refund Policy”. If you are not convinced, you can ask for a refund, which would be fully processed back for you, no questions asked in 48hrs." However they will avoid giving you refund and or won't reply about the refund request.

I should have read the reviews first, I just looked and saw 4 stars, thought this would be good, but not at all, if you even think about getting a refund good luck. I tried to initiate a refund December 27th, and well yeah its January 13th, nothing happened, company actively dodges my tickets, so I am trying a PayPal dispute, in return that got them to Suspend my service, but no refund, hopefully PayPal is able to see how shady this company is and give me my money back. ( IT ALSO SEEMS THEY HAVE FAKE REVIEWS EVEN SHADIER )

Per the other most recent review, we had a similar experience where the company are just ignoring our ticket requesting a refund under the 10 day money-back guarantee. I'd avoid doing business with this company as they are clearly not very professional.
UPDATE: The company told me they'd only refund me if I deleted this review. I said no, refund me first. They did. I am not going to delete my review. It took the company over 40 days from my initial interaction with them for them to actually refund me, and they were only going to do so on the basis that I leave them positive feedback or remove the negative feedback. This is not how you do customer service. Disgusting behaviour from the company.

This company is a SCAM. Do not hire their services. We bought a module on September 9. They say they offer a money back guarantee but that's a lie. The same day of purchase we tested the module and seeing that it did not meet our needs, we requested a return. Since September 9 they no longer answer our tickets. Bad company. Ordered in Feb 2022 now Dec 2022 and still doesn’t work, I ended up paying for it twice and won’t refund, gave “store credit” their support is trash, when they do respond they claim to have fixed it and still doesn’t work. I gave up on it they got me for $220. Beware.

Had some troubles setting up the module, but the support was quick to help me. Great support!
Now the module works great.
They also fixed the layout so it fitted my theme.
Currently it does not support Kimsufi dedicated servers, only VPS from Kimsufi. They said that they might add Kimsufi support for the next update.

Building up your own server infrastructure is not an easy task for a hosting beginner. Thanks to OVH who provides VPS and Dedicated Servers at such a good price. Wgs has a great module that helps me to resell these server to my clients in whmcs.
Pros:
Module is well coded
Support Team is active
Server management from client area
Cons:
Module can be a bit fast
Dedicated servers should be auto provisioned

First I requested my money back, then they said they will do the refund. I had to report them to paypal and file a dispute to get my money back since they would not send it back - WITHIN 3 DAYS!
For me, whmcsglobalservices is just a company for frauds.

Updating my review Jan 26 2019. . . After filing a PayPal complaint and requesting my $$ back the owner Manvinder reached out to me and we discussed the issue via Skype. He quickly ensured I received the setup service I purchased and has been very helpful over the past few days getting everything setup and working. Beware, they claim that VPS auto-provisioning is available with this plugin, however currently the API is not in production with OVH. I spent an hour on the phone with an OVH technician who explained in great detail the problems they are facing with people trying to use the API too early. Eventually it will be available, however currently the auto-provisioning API is not in production for OVH so you must manually place all orders. Any auto-provision API orders fail and are eventually refunded by OVH. Once a manual order is placed this plugin works as described.

Worst customer service on the planet. Too many bugs. To top it off, they want to charge you to fix them. A female member of my staff called their support manager via Skype and he hung up on her. Horrible ... just horrible!!!
The issues we're facing include email piping not working, unstable API connections, and end user functionality. Yes, the darn thing looks pretty. But if it does not work .. .then IT IS PRETTY FRIGGIN USELESS!!!

Fantastic support - a bit sad to find out that OVH doesn't have the ability to directly purchase a server while an order is placed so you will need to pre-pay for a server and configure in WHMCS or manually process the order.
However, once the server is setup, the module really kicks in and allows clients to manage their servers successfully. Great module, great support!
