I was hesitant to purchase this product when I saw "Last Updated 17th December 2021" on the marketplace profile and all of the reviews dating back several years. I was worried that this addon was no longer supported. After visiting the company's website and reviewing the plugin's landing page at https://whmcsglobalservices.com/whmcs-linode-manager/ I decided it was worth pulling the trigger and giving it a shot. After uploading the module, I was getting an error after attempting to activate. I was relieved to see that the company has a Tawk.to chat and was quickly connected to their developers who found the problem. We simply needed to upload the latest version of the module. I'm pleased with how quickly their support was able to get the problem resolved, even without me submitting a support ticket. I haven't configured the addon yet but I'm optimistic that if I run into any issues, I'll be able to get it resolved with their support. This company has my confidence.

Complete waste of time. We could not get their module to work properly. The existing VM's would not associate to a customer and the backup options never showed up on the order system. We have them weeks to try and fix it but they kept delaying because their 'developer was on holiday'. We eventually had to escalate to a PayPal dispute to get our money back! Completely worthless piece of junk!

Update few months later: The support it's REALLY slow it takes a days before you hear back from them. They haven't updated to a working version with 8.x.x WHMCS. Yes here it says that it works with 8.2 but it doesn't. There are a lot of bugs now, backup can not be purchased through WHMCS and it's promoted on their site.
It shows that the storage it's always full in the client's area, but the actual Linode it's a new installation. Why having something like this if is not working?
The user interface.... They didn't even bother to style it a little bit and make it looks nice. Instead, is just using some default bootstrap CSS style.
Is it worth it renew it for $120/year? We'll think about that.
When you have it updated and working with the latest WHMCS, I'll update my review.

This module works very well. Everything is synced on time with Linode, deploy server, backups, shut down, choose what type of servers to sell, all goes smooth and on the top of that, every function it's completely whitelabeled.
5+ for the support!! I had issue with Lagom template and usage stats were not showing, they went step further to make sure it's compatible with this template and fixed it within 12 hours. It's worth it buying it.

The product is very functional, deployments all work, all the functions that are needed are there and we have not had any serious functional issues. One of the better deployment modules out there really.
Support is a little slow, but they are helpful and they did solve the one client area problem I have had in two years.
