This release introduces enhanced conversions for web, a new feature available in Google Ads that allows to track conversions more accurately and efficiently. Enhanced conversions for web is a new way to track conversions that uses first-party data provided in Data Layer by WHMCS GTM module.
This feature consist of new Data Layer objects that feed defined variables that can be used in tags to leverage first-party user data processing and enhanced conversions tracking.
Google Ads users will benefit from this feature that will enable advanced conversion reports and attribution models that will help to optimize campaigns and improve ROI. Remarketing campaigns will also benefit from this feature by providing more accurate data to target users that have interacted with any checkout event.
This release introduces User ID attribution, a new feature that allows to track users across devices and sessions by assigning the unique WHMCS customer identification to a pre-defined Data Layer parameter recognized by Google Services.
This feature also making possible to define the User ID strategy by selecting the value to be used, the customer ID or UUID.
This release introduces new parameters promotion_id
and promotion_name
in e-commerce event layers. This will feed GA4 Promotions report with coupon id and promotion name that will help to visualize the purchase funnels that used discount coupons.
This release introduces new user events that will help to track user interactions with WHMCS. The new events are:

This object will store user data such as if user is logged in, language, user currency, and other information that can be used to enhance user tracking and attribution.

This release a simplified configuration process through the possibility of importing a pre-configured container template. This template contains all the necessary tags, triggers, and variables to track WHMCS events and user interactions.

Most of the tags was replaced comparing to previous versions, and new tags was introduced to track new events and user interactions.

It is 9 days that I have opened a ticket, but they haven't answered it. At first I requested to give me trial license for 7 days, but they did not agree and I bought a monthly license in order to configure it.

Owner@Mimir TechYour 7-day trial has been granted, your order was placed on September 4th with your license activated at the same time and your invoice expires on September 11th.
We allow a period of 7 days from the order to pay the invoice, and the module is available as soon as you place the order. This happens for all orders automatically.
About your support request, it was not related to the module or any problem linked to it, but rather about doubt in the operation and detailed configuration of Google Analytics referring to your local currency. Unfortunately, our support needs to prioritize issues related to the module as possible bugs or integration issues, which was not your case. We never cease to help with the use of Google Analytics or Google Tag Manager, even if this support is not directly related to our module, as was your case, but the response time may be longer.

I updated the review from 1 to 3 stars because Eunarede was finally able to solve the issue. I just installed the updated version of the module and now it seems to be working fine.

The module seemed to work well until I noticed that the hooks file included in the module was breaking the domain checker. Since the file is encrypted, I contacted support to solve the issue. At first the answers were quite quick although not very helpful (mostly requesting information about my installation without pointing to any solutions or potential issues). After five days and no solutions, I wrote this:
"If you don't see any potential solution, I'd kindly request to cancel the order and refund the payment."
We all know that sometimes thing don't always go as expected and the best solution there is usually just to let the costumer go. However, in this case I didn't get any further response. Now, after 15 days, I still haven't heard from them. So what I'm left with so far is a non-working module and quite some time lost on my side.

The products works as it says but there's delay in support, I have raised ticket from last 10 days" regarding which payment option was chose at the time of payment" in analytics that would be better , because payment done from paypal is inaccurate also you cannot do anything because its from paypal but can you show the payment method used while checkout.?

Renewed for more two years. This is far the best Analytics module for WHMCS. I can manage all my tracking pixels now from Tag Manager fully integrated with WHMCS. I have a suggestion to add more information for Tag Manager so I can configure the Facebook Pixel too in the container.

Owner@Mimir TechWhat you were expecting from our support was a complete configuration of all your tracking logic, which we tried to do as a courtesy. We are not a marketing agency much less our support is prepared to carry out the correct configurations of your link tracking systems. All the configuration that was done for you was courtesy and following the recommendations and documentation of the Analytics and Tag Manager platforms.
Even without hiring the professional installation, we make sure that you have the product working, as we know it works, but from the point that our team found itself in a completely senseless configuration, and without achieving the results you expected, we propose recreate all your personalized tracking within the recommended standards but when we went to perform the service you had already closed the ticket.
Understand that we give priority to tickets related to issues of the module, and as being a courtesy service to you our response time was long and in compensation for that we gave you an additional 2 months of leave for the delay.

UPDATE : Andre was nice, he was able to help us (with a little delay but it's okay) and the module is working great right now.
