Prolateral is a UK Email Service Provider with inbound and outbound SMTP solutions, and more. All of the services have been made available to partners via a white-labelled management portal. The WHMCS My-Engine.com provisioning module enables your customers to purchase and manage those white-labelled services.

This WHMCS provisioning module is FREE to download, but you will need a valid partner account to use the module. Signing up as partner is FREE too. The system works on the basis you only pay for the services you buy/resell. The portal works on a currency neutral system where you pre-purchase a bundle of partner-credits (like tokens) and the services you buy/resell will consume those partner-credits. Initially all partners are placed on the standard tariff (10% discount from our RRP) but tariff reviews are possible based on volumes.

All of the services come with FREE NFR (Not-For-Resale) licenses so you can use internally for testing and demo's.

Setup of the module is really easy.

• Signup as a Prolateral Partner/Reseller (www.prolateral.com/partner) for FREE. This can be done from our website or links from inside this module

  • Optional at this stage – Brand the my-engine portal (partner > settings)
  • Optional at this stage – Add partner-credits (you will need to do this at some point, links and additional information inside the module)

• Download the module

• Extract to the root of your WHMCS installation

• In the backend go to Setup > Addons and configure the module with your Partner credentials

• In the backend go to Addons > My-Engine

• Use the wizard to add the services you want to resell

• Your clients can also log into mycompany.my-engine.com portal to manage their own services. This can be accessed on the WHMCS frontend with “Control Panel Login”
