Awful, clunky and not ready for commercial use.
We tried this product with our WHMCS and XEN platform, but it was a miserable failure right out of the box with integration not working, new VMs relying on outdated build techniques and no ability to easily import existing VMs into WHMCS.
Documentation doesn't match the product, so when simple things don't work you need to contact support.
The sales process is confusing since it says one price at buy time, then some third party hosting provider sets up an ongoing charge for the product! WTF.
Support feels like customers are an inconvenience to them.
Just a mess.

Owner@XenicaLets be honest here , your main issue was that you somehow think that the module is one time payment and your insist that you want to use the module for life for 29$ because this site does not show the option as per month (This is limitation on this site but our cart and order process is crystal clear that the module is monthly paid)
for the issues explained I will discuss them one by one

it works fine and many of our clients have it up and running with no issues

not outdated at all , we use cloning of templates which is the recommended way for xenserver/xcp.
-- no ability to easily import existing VMs into WHMCS
you just have to create whmcs service for each vm and just wrte the xenserver vm name in the vm name field in your whmcs.
we will not automate creating the client profiles and adding service to each as that is your work in whmcs (we dont know your clients and have no way to generae their profiles and we dont know what kind of services you gave your old clients so you must do that manually or automate it using whmcs apis ) . once the client profiles and services created the linking is as simple as copy the vm name from xenserver to the client service in whmcs

as i explained initially nothing confusing in our site , we cant fix whmcs site in the why it show the charge for modules

The user whose name was not Mark Smith by the way , didnt know the very basic stuff about operating a hosting company and even using WHMCS . He kept asking for support for stuff totally unrelated to the module itself.
Owner@Xenicathe team went to great length to help him including spending 10's of hours on live chat with him to the level it was taking more than 1 shift of the team and his chat was delivered to the next shift !!
All of that while he has absolute zero respect for the team and I had to make this torture stop and full refund him as we dont want him as client any more .
For anyone reading this check our reviews and judge by yourself ig we have **** support or one of the best in the whole hosting industry
