With this addon, the system will automatically validate the address of a new customer when submitting an order with multiple databases all around the world if the address is valid and actually exists.

If the customer only mistyped something and we were able to find a matching address (match more then 85%), we will replace the current user input with the matching address to keep your customer's data formatted and correct.

Costs per Request:

• United States Address: 0,03 €
• German Address: 0,06 €
• International: 0,13 €

Possible results

• Valid: The Address is valid and approved. The user will proceed as usual
• Suspect: The Address is not found but a nearly matching address was found. The user will be able to proceed as usual but the address will be formatted and replaced with the matching address.
• Invalid: The Address is not valid and the user won't be able to proceed in the checkout. The error message provided in the settings is shown to the user.

No unexpected costs!

Due to the fact that our system works with prepaid account balance, you can only spend the amount you have on your account. If your account doesn't have any credits anymore, you will be informed by E-Mail. If your account balance is not high enough to perform a request, your customer will be able to proceed with the order but no address validation will be performed.

FAQ

What happens if the address is not found? We are checking multiple databases including the database of post companies all around the world (which usually have all valid addresses of their restriction) so when an address is not found in the system it is most likely invalid.

What happens if my credit balance is too low? If your credit balance is too low to perform a request, your customer will be able to proceed with the shop without the address validation. You will be informed via E-Mail when your balance is getting low or is too low to perform a request.
