Product Companion automates one of the most common WHMCS customizations: bundling products together at cart time without writing custom hooks.

When a customer adds a parent product to the cart, its configured companion is auto-added with the same billing cycle and domain. When the parent is removed, the companion is stripped. Multiple parents can share the same companion - it stays as long as any linked parent remains.

How it works

The module adds a single hook (CartTotalAdjustment, priority 1). On each cart recalculation, it reads the configured links from the database and reconciles the cart: linked companions get added, orphaned companions get stripped.

Cart manipulation only. The module does not write to tblhosting, tblorders, tblinvoices, or any other WHMCS table. Disabling the module immediately stops auto-bundling. No data lock-in.
