DCIM for WHMCS connects WHMCS services to physical servers managed by DCIM. It automates the dedicated server lifecycle and gives customers operational control through a dedicated WHMCS management page.

Lifecycle automation

• Assign a STOCK server from the product's selected datacenter.
• Assign the standard WHMCS Dedicated IP.
• Add a unique WHMCS service tag and optionally set the server to ACTIVE.
• Disable the primary switch port or power off the server during suspension.
• Restore network connectivity and optionally power on during unsuspension.
• Power off, unassign IP addresses, remove the service tag and return terminated servers to STOCK.

Customer server management

• View server hardware, primary IP address, power state and active jobs.
• Power on, power off and reboot dedicated servers.
• Reinstall operating systems with profile, script and storage selection.
• Start rescue and disk wipe workflows.
• Follow provisioning progress without refreshing the page.
• Open a secure, short-lived remote console without exposing BMC credentials.
• Review recent server activity.

Administrator controls

Administrators receive the same management interface with additional inventory operations, server discovery and primary switch-port controls. Inventory-only actions are never exposed to customers.

Licensing

The WHMCS integration is included with an active DCIM subscription. DCIM is priced at EUR 0.50 per managed server per month, excluding VAT. A 14-day free trial is available.
