Wega Hetzner Cloud Manager

Wega Hetzner Cloud Manager brings Hetzner Cloud server management directly into WHMCS, allowing hosting providers to manage cloud servers, client permissions, synchronization, and service linking from a single interface.

The module is designed to integrate Hetzner Cloud with existing WHMCS products and services while keeping the client experience inside the WHMCS service page.

Client Area Controls

Administrators can decide exactly which server management features are available to clients.

Each client-area section and individual command can be enabled or disabled from the WHMCS administration area. This allows providers to create different access policies for different products while keeping sensitive or destructive operations restricted when required.

Existing Server Linking

The module can discover servers from the Hetzner Cloud account associated with the API credentials configured in WHMCS Servers.

Existing servers can then be linked directly to active WHMCS services, making it suitable for servers that were created before the module was installed or services that need to be migrated into automated management.

Automated Synchronization

The built-in synchronization engine keeps WHMCS information aligned with Hetzner Cloud.

Administrators can configure synchronization intervals, batch sizes, API delays, data retention, and the individual synchronization operations that should run automatically.

Synchronization activity can also be reviewed through dedicated service-state and synchronization-log views.

Designed for WHMCS

Wega Hetzner Cloud Manager is built to work inside the normal WHMCS workflow. Server controls remain within the client service page, while administrators can manage permissions, imports, synchronization, and product-level settings from the addon administration area.

It provides a centralized way to operate Hetzner Cloud infrastructure through WHMCS without requiring clients to access an external cloud control panel.
