Keldra - Searchable Object Storage connects WHMCS to Keldra's managed storage service. You create your plans and set your retail prices. WHMCS handles orders and invoices; the module provisions each customer's storage and keeps service access in step with your billing workflow.

Connect once, then sell through WHMCS

• Connect with your Keldra account. Approve the installation through the Keldra portal without manually copying an API secret into WHMCS.
• Choose available regions. Enable the Keldra regions you want to offer for each connected installation, then select a region for each product.
• Create your own storage plans. Configure storage and transfer allowances, a first private bucket and your own retail prices using standard WHMCS products.
• Automate provisioning. Create an isolated customer storage account, S3 credentials and a private first bucket when WHMCS runs the service setup.
• Manage the service lifecycle. Suspend, restore and change packages through WHMCS's normal module controls.

Customers open their storage service under My Services to:

• Find their regional S3 endpoint and access credentials.
• Reveal their secret key or replace it when required.
• Review their plan allowances and available usage information.
• Create private buckets and browse object paths within a named bucket.
• Copy AWS CLI commands for uploading and downloading files directly from storage.

Storage that can also be searched

Keldra combines S3-compatible object storage with indexing, search and fine-grained access control. Applications can store files and use Keldra's APIs to search indexed data without maintaining a separate search system for that workflow.

The WHMCS module handles storage provisioning and customer service management. Index definitions and search queries are managed through Keldra's APIs, rather than a WHMCS query editor.

Installation

1. Extract the module ZIP into your WHMCS installation, preserving its modules directory structure.
2. Activate Keldra - Searchable Object Storage under Addon Modules and grant access to the appropriate administrator roles.
3. Open Addons → Keldra, choose Connect to Keldra, sign in and approve the connection and its regions.
4. Add the resulting connection to a WHMCS server group.
5. Create an Other product, select the Keldra provisioning module, and configure its region, allowances and default bucket.
6. Set your retail pricing and automatic setup behavior using WHMCS's standard settings.

The download includes both the connection addon and the provisioning module.

Frequently asked questions

Is the module free?

Yes. The WHMCS module has no separate licence charge. Keldra hosted storage is a separately charged service. You set the prices your own customers pay through WHMCS.

Do I need to run Keldra servers?

No. This module connects to Keldra's managed storage service. It is not a self-hosted Keldra deployment module.

Can I offer more than one region?

Yes. Enable available regions for your WHMCS connection, then choose the region used by each storage product.

Can customers upload through the WHMCS page?

Customers use an S3 client for file transfers. The service page provides connection details and upload/download commands, as well as bucket creation and object-path browsing.
