We have created an addon so that when someone places an order and it is marked as a fraud due to any reasons, it will automatically open a ticket and email them telling them that order was placed as fraud and investigated. The staff can then respond back immediately telling them the reason for the investigation it may not be a fraud.
The good thing about this addon is that you don't need to wait until your client emails you telling you that the order was placed as a fraud. Instead, you can immediately investigate the ticket yourself

This has by far been my most favourite purchase from WHMCS Services as it allows you to choose to alert the customer that their order needs manual review and saves the customer having to open a ticket manually or calling to ask why their order needs to be reviewed by the team.

This module is supper helpful to make sure you don’t lose client to fraud order as it lets them know you are looking into their order and why it was marked as fraud. Super helpful as a lot of legit people get marked a fraud and they are not. Don't let a single legit customer get away and go somewhere else!
