A great place to start when you don't have a lot of personnel hours to invest in how instructions.

These aren't for WHMCS they are for cpanel so there is a lot of work you have to do to correct everything to make it match up with how WHMCS functions and if you have multiple control panels then compound that work.
Updates are hardly ever made and when they are it is usually after a year, you know when your support and updates run out and you have to renew. Or the update is some minor thing that is not noticed.
Many of the new articles that were added were for something non related like a VPS control panel, etc. which shouldn't have been added it should have been an addon to the order so for the average host the updates were useless.
Releases, 2018 to 2020 no releases but you sure received an invoice for updates and support. So they waited 2 years to release an update with a few new articles but do you think they gave that update to the people who paid in 2018? Not a chance.

Excellent product and excellent service/support. The WHMCS PremadeKB is written and thought out really well. The extra work they put in to add your logo as a watermark to all images is a great value add. As WHMCS license holders we all know that we will still need to write our own KB's as we go for the various systems we use, our own business processes and for the specific services we provide to our clients. But why reinvent the wheel? cPanel is cPanel if you know what i mean. Having a really nicely laid out pre-made knowledge base for these already well established products, lightens the workload that we all face. The fact that the information gets updated as these products evolve, is even better. Anything like this that can make my client's/staff member's lives easier and more productive is a benefit to my company.
I also made the mistake of ordering the WordPress articles as for some reason i thought that they were articles for WHMCS about the use of WordPress. A momentary lapse of reason i guess. However i realized that it was the same cPanel/Direct Admin etc KB as the WHMCS one but intended for installation on a WordPress platform. Knowing that i had made this mistake, and that it was non-refundable, i contacted support to explain my situation. I was even happy to take the knock as it was my own fault to begin with. Kunnu from support was extremely helpful and Dewlance refunded me the Extra $51 i had paid accidentally; even though it was my own fault purchasing the wrong non-refundable product. Their willingness to support their clients is very impressive. The KB is installed and all looks great!

I want to buy the PreMadeKB WHMCS Knowledgebase but I'm facing an issue.
The "Buy Now" button on WHMCS Marketplace does not works. I get the message that the page does not exist.
It happens the same problem also when I tried to do the purchase through your website https://premadekb.com/.
Even your contact page doesn't work.
I send message to support@dewlance.com and I've got this:

How can I become your client? You don't have even the Register button on your website!
What's wrong? Is your company is out of business? Are you selling products in European countries or haven't made your website GDPR compatible?

Just installed PreMadeKB following instructions and I am amazed!
The quality of articles made the knowledgeable so much rich in seconds!

24 hours after the order there was no response, so,
I created a ticket to notify that (me and my team) is waiting for the delivery
24 hours passed, no response to the ticket, so,
I emailed the seller (got the email address from their website) and my email again created another ticket in their whmcs system, this time seller responded and made the delivery
It took a few days for the seller to process my order, I think that is because seller adds company's name as watermark on all images so yes it does take time, and there are so many images.
How is the WaterMark?
WaterMark is good! It does NOT affect the clarity, in fact other web hosts can NOT copy your images because you got your brand on it so it is a good thing.
+ The quality of images is good
Other Bad Reviews:
- People leave bad reviews for anything, they want it instantly and they want it NOW! If not, leave a bad review, and go as bad as you could and call the seller a fraud or ask whmcs to cancel his account.. Come on we are web hosts, we can be better than this, you are dealing with a business, so please have some patience..
- You are 100% safe when you pay via PayPal and seller accepts PayPal payments so then what's the fuzz about?
- This is my understanding about bad reviews, because I do NOT see why we can not wait
- Seller is also a human, probably one guy running his family and taking care of business so at times a person gets stuck, but all is well that ends well, for me it ended pretty well!
Install Procedure:-
- copied img folder to public html folder, then went to cPanel > phpMyAdmin
- just clicked on whmcs database > clicked import > selected sql file > imported the file and it's done!
Since I had limited technical knowledge I had an issue identifying what is exactly whmcs folder under phpMyAdmin so I looked through names and found InoviceData, TBLAdmin, TBLAfficiltes etc etc TBL so that's why I identified that that was whmcs database.
CONCLUSION:
Will definitely look at what else the seller has to offer!
If you've got some patience buy it.. It's NOT a "download" product so seller actually needs sometimes to process.

The support is getting worse ... one sends a ticket and they do not respond, I have a ticket sent on August 31 with a question and until today September 18 they respond ... one pays year after year and sometimes they do not get no update, this last year I paid and the same without updates ... I think the next renewal I will not pay anything ...

As I remember, I told you that refund can take 24 hours or more and you accepted it. PayPal does not allow in our country to add funds for refund. We can't add funds to our PayPal account due to our Govt. Law and paypal need to follow it unless they are not act as bank in our country.

I am loving this KB! There is so much I could say about it but in summary, it has saved me a ton of work on my site https://creativeyadley.com/. My clients love it too and it has been a great support tool for my ticketing system as well. The only downside(s) I faced with it was during the installation stage. I found that the Dewlance team take too long to respond to tickets and I even thought of getting a refund initially. However, they did respond after about a week or so and managed to set it up for me.
Other than I honestly love this KB to bits.

It was minor issue like extra image is added by mistake. It can be removed/edited from WHMCS >> Knowledgebase >> Edit Articles.

This is probably one of the worst 'premade' knowledgebase setups I've every run across.
The developers insist that you wipe out your ENTIRE WHMCS KB prior to installing this, rather than putting together a PROPER installation script that would check for the existence of KB entries already in place.
Given the cost of this, you'd think the devs would actually do things properly, rather than take a 'hack' approach and just provide the client with an SQL dump.

Wiping KB Articles is only asked to our Existing customer who confirm us that they are not using anyone's else KB and directly want to upgrade from v1.3 to v1.7(Latest, Means Jump from v1.4, v1.5, v1.6 to v1.7)
Some of use v1.4 or some of even use v1.2 so they ask us for better solution and we provide them Two ways like Upgrade each version one by one of install Full v1.7 KB. (Means no Upgrade, Directly installing latest version but latest version also contain articles on their current version and then they will be need to wipe it or upgrade it one by one from current version to higher version.
This is SQL based, Which solution you can provide Us which will not use SQL and images but allow to display Articles on WHMCS?
(Note: We are against Remote Article, Self Hosted Article is much better and this is not any hack approach at anyway. If you are using SSH command to manage your Server then you should not call it 'hack' approach. You are technically strong so you are using SSH and same thing apply with SQL. You can manage database from phpMyAdmin. Import method is allowed by phpMyAdmin to import data.)

This knowledge base was absolutely amazing and I highly recommend it! We have recently added web hosting to our web design service and although I will be building out my knowledge base overtime based on client’s feedback, this knowledge base has started us off to a far better start and will be a tremendous help and I do not have to worry about writing anything for sometime to come and can focus on our business.
The included content is far larger than what we could have written on or own over the course of several months and much more than I expected for the price. This is a huge time saver and to be honest these guys should be charging more for this.
Aside from the articles themselves what I really like is their watermarking of the images in the knowledge base with our company’s logo for no additional charge. The inclusion of the WordPress articles is also a great touch that will come in handy for our clients.

PreMadeKB is perfect if you're starting up a new web hosting company that uses cPanel. It also has some decent Wordpress articles to get you started. Honestly, time is worth money and in that sense this is a bargain in North America or in Europe.
I recommend this as the solution for any startup.
The articles topical, well organized and a great start to your new venture. Without at least this much content to start with you won't look legitimate.
It's just one more piece you really need to get started. I bought this 18 months ago and it has served me well.
Yes, I've added my own content since and done an upgrade since after that and the upgrade didn't clobber my extra additions. They thought this through leaving space for what I added when the upgrade was done.
Their support was also quite helpful - I didn't have any problems but I did have questions (always cautious) before I installed it.

Unless you have time to write and maintain the articles yourself, then I highly recommend this product. And the one time I did have a support issue, they were extremely prompt in getting it resolved. Well worth the money.

I just got this PremadeKB and here I go with my review.
I really do not have time to make my own KB and I am not going to expend money hiring somebody to build a complete set from scratch. This PremadeKB is a very good kit of questions and answers that cover lot of topics.
It was really easy to install, a monkey could do it, and it was integrated in my theme without doing any modification at all. The KB gives my site a very good looking Knowledgebase page. I can modify, change, make corrections, add new topics or new pictures, it is very very easy. The content is just there ready, what else can I ask for ?, so far so good.
Not only that, They are going to include few personalized topics for the next version that they are building, probably they do this for everybody but it is just great.
A final note: I really don't know the people who build this product nor the author of it. I just bought the product and that is all. I do not work for them and I am not receiving money or anything for making this review. I respect everybody's opinion and I hope everybody respect mine.

This product is HORRIBLE! Looks like something Marty Mcfly brought back from 1985 !!! Okay maybe that would have to be 1995, but still I mean REALLY? By the time you remove the Interworx junk, the articles with Siteworx in the screenshots, in our case Softalicious (cause we use Installatron) and limit things to just the Paperlantern cPanel there's maybe 30 articles making it almost $1.70 an article. Then you get to fix the grammar and "english not so good". The images are tiny and grainy on better resolution screens. The cell phone screenshots look like they are off of a flip phone.
A HORRIBLE PRODUCT and I feel since they HAVE NO REFUND POLICY or SATISFACTION GUARANTEE that I have a responsibility to share my experience through review. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!!

Articles are checked by our English Grammar experts, I am weak in English but our experts have a excellent skill in English writing and they are Native. They are from United States. Also we did not receive any complaint against Grammar/English from last 3 years and you can see English of our articles which is provided in demo.
Owner@PreMadeKBcPanel articles are more than 82+ and 58+ on Softaculous(cPanel) so total articles on cPanel is 140. (cPanel don't have a more features, If they will add more features then we will also add tutorial of that feature). Its impossible to write more than 82+ articles unless we split our articles in to many parts but no one want to read articles like "How to enter username in cPanel user box", "How to enter password in cPanel password box", "How to click on login".
You can see list of all articles on our premadekb.com website, Some articles does not use "cPanel" word but it is based on cPanel like some articles related to .htaccess, If you did not use Softaculous and SiteWorx then this is our fault? ;(
We even asked you that which type of articles you want before release of v1.6 but did not receive any response from your side.
We can ask to our customer to write review but we are professional and we don't do this. However If you are unhappy then I apologize. We try to add more articles. Now we have 239+ articles which also contain articles of SolusVM, Wordpress, etc.
If you are not using Softaculous then don't worry, Open a ticket with us and we will add other alternative which is used by you in version 1.7. (In next release)
