Premium Support Tickets For WHMCS

Premium Support Tickets For WHMCS

Developed By ModulesGarden

Compatible with WHMCS v8.11

ModulesGarden Premium Support Tickets For WHMCS has been designed to let you supply products and addons defining the scope of access to your support services. With it, your customers will be obliged to purchase support credit points in order to open support tickets in particular departments.

The module will allow you to introduce different point charges for submitting messages depending on the selected department, and even the priority of a ticket. At the same time, you will be free to establish as many rules of credit application as required, deciding on the services that points shall be delivered with, and how often the points should be granted - only once or periodically, i.e. upon each product renewal. You can provide clients with either dedicated points, set out for every chosen department separately, shared points, allocated directly to the customer’s account to be used freely among all enabled departments, or both.

Craving more controlling powers over the ways you offer customer service? Premium Support Tickets For WHMCS will shake up your perspective once it brings the clients’ access to your support teams under whip-smart supervision. Order the module straight off!

We are creating a Product/Service for which the customer will not be entitled to Support included in the Product/Service. If the customer needs Support, they will have to pay. But when we create a Support Department in WHMCS, any customer can open a Ticket, and how can we prevent this? Premium Support Tickets solves this. It does this through a points mechanism that is very easy and flexible to control.

Premium Support Tickets allows you to configure points for each department. By configuring 1 point, for example, if the customer has no points, they will not have access to the Department, a simple function that prevents a customer from opening a ticket for a certain department. Does the customer have points? Allows them to open a Ticket for the department. Does the customer have no Points? Cannot open a Ticket for the department. But when do customers earn points? When they purchase a Product or an Add-on. This way, it is possible to close all departments and sell Support creating a Support Premium product.

The interesting thing is that I tested the module for 7 days and returned it believing that it didn't do what we wanted. I hadn't really understood how it worked. I was expecting a direct sales product. Create a Product with the name Premium Support and if the customer purchased it, they could access Support or not. Premium Support Tickets do this, but not directly. The points mechanism makes this more flexible and goes even further. You can, for example, reward customers with points that will be used for Support. But this will only make more sense if your business model doesn't offer any support. This is our case, or our client's case. Since we don't offer free support, support becomes something valuable to the customer. Therefore, earning a bonus on Support Tickets becomes advantageous to the customer.

We are very satisfied with each module we use and as we grow we are increasingly improving the service to our customers with ModulesGarden modules. ModulesGarden represents TRUST in Modules for WHMCS. We are fans of their products. We have many other modules and have become partners with ModulesGarden Modules. The support is excellent for excellent, reliable and differentiated products. They also listen to their clients to improve their modules.

This is a perfect solution for us as we can offer our customers priority support options. This way they will know their concern if first priority.
