LiveChat is a WHMCS-specific chat tool for customer support and online sales; designed to provide quick answers and a personalized experience to customers. 

With live chat for WHMCS by LiveChat, you can engage customers while they are on your website, see live interactions with your pages and move your customers through the purchase process. How to add LiveChat to my WHMCS website?

The easiest way to add live chat to WHMCS is to install our live chat extension. This will automatically embed the live chat code on all your webpages, without any copy paste needed.

  1. Log in to your WHMCS admin panel.
  2. Download the LiveChat addon module and place it in the /modules/addons directory.
  3. Access the Addon Modules section from the drop-down Setup menu, find the LiveChat addon on the list and Activate it.
  4. Next, go to to the LiveChat code section (Settings > Installation > My website) to get your license number.
  5. Type in the license number in LiveChat addon configuration options and select Save changes to finalize.
