Collect & Protect customer information with the WHMCS Support Module. The WHMCS Support Module is a free add-on module that will provide a secure area for your customers to attach any type of information to WHMCS support tickets which can then be viewed by your support team directly on the WHMCS ticket. Most WHMCS users use no encryption, simply allowing customers to enter sensitive information like passwords or application login links inside WHMCS tickets which is not encrypted and stays there until deleted. This is high risk for customers. Some companies use a simple text box for customers to enter these details, whilst this is slightly more secure it's also highly unprofessional and does not promote your business as caring about your customer's data. With free and pro licenses, users can enter details into the secure form. The details are then encrypted and held in your database. You can use the dedicated form to search for the user's login credentials by using the ticket number at which point they will be decrypted and displayed to you or view your customer's sensitive information directly from the WHMCS ticket interface by using the WHMCS Support Module's unique Credentials tab. The end-user can choose to remove access to these details or, once the ticket has been marked as completed and closed the WSC will remove the details from your database automatically.
Every install of the WHMCS Support Module is unique because each copy uses a unique encryption key to encrypt and decrypt customer information. The encryption key is chosen by you.

The form fields on free licenses are fixed. You can collect FTP, cPanel, WHMCS, SSH, and .htaccess information from customers. Ideal for ISPs like Web Hosts. To change the form fields, upgrade to Pro.
Once a customer attaches information to a WHMCS ticket, all WHMCS administrators are notified by email. The ticket status is also updated to "Encrypted".
The credentials tab is unique to the WHMCS Support Module and allows WHMCS administrators to decrypt and view information left by customers with ease. Switch between the client's credentials and the add reply section directly on the WHMCS ticket
The sidebar is deployed on installation and allows customers easy access to the credentials form. The module also places a "Submit/Update Credentials" button at the top of the viewticket.php page
The WHMCS Support Module deploys all modifications on the fly. In most cases, it will work right out of the box allowing users a quick, secure way to hold customer data.
For further functionality like WHMCS Ticket Updaters and Login Protection, purchase a Pro license which includes variable text fields that allow you to change the labels on the form to suit the needs of your business, automatic ticket status updates when a customer provides credentials, and more.

WSC definitely covers an area that is not already in the WHMCS support ticket business processes. It helps keep customers feel comfortable sharing sensitive data / information and it also makes the support agents more comfortable with being temporarily able to access a users information or support login details. Great Module that bridges the gap left by WHMCS in relation to customers submitting passwords on tickets. This module offers an additional level of security and confidence to end users while submitting their passwords. Excellent Support Team for the module who respond to Tickets immediately or within a few hours tops. An additional compliment is that even the Free Version of the module which I am using at the moment works like a charm and the latest version of the Module - Version 1.5 compatible with WHMCS Version 8.0 deploys the module to even custom modules by itself which is really helpful as it saves a lot of time and effort of our Development Team!

Once I saw that the free edition was released I was able to download the module with no issues. I recently switched to Logom and had some issues, however that was with my WHMCS. Kevin Jones was very supportive and was able to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend this module, as even with using it with HostX, it's extremely helpful so you can secure folks passwords while you are working on their tickets. This module has a very good future, and I hope to continue to see updates!

Absolutely a terrible experience. Misleading advertising for this product. Please understand that the form/text cannot be edited at all, even though they say it can under the feature description. Support was incompetent since day 1 for simple questions. Avoid this product and company.
