Don't offer 24x7x365 support? Show your support hours with the Oznorts Support Hours module! With this module, you can set default support hours and date-specific custom hours to always be transparent about your support commitments.


  • Set default hours per day of the week
    • Set days as closed, as well
  • Add date-specific hours that override the default for that date (including setting a specific date as closed!)
    • Automatically removes old overrides on cron run
  • Optionally displays a sidebar panel on the view and submit ticket pages if support is currently closed
  • Adds Smarty variables to customize your template
    • If support is currently open: {$support_open}
    • Default support hours (array of days of the week and start/end times): {$support_default_hours}
    • Today's specific hours (array of start/end times): {$support_today_hours}
