Tidio offers a great free live chat service with iOs & Android apps. Premium plans and chatbots are also available. Mix this module to make an effortless install with automatic client identification when logged in.
Simply upload this module, add your API key from your Tidio Account and you are up and running.
When a client is logged in, their Full Name & Email address and Client ID are populated automatically and fed straight into your live chat console/app. Know who is visiting and who you are talking to without any pre-chat surveys.
If a visitor is not logged in, the standard chat widget is shown allowing them to follow the rules you set in your Tidio account.

Reviewer Hxain Hr reported this module to be "Not working", but I've just installed it (WHMCS 8.0.4) and it works fine. I hadn't even heard of Tidio until I stumbled across this module, but I've found it to be a superb live chat solution, with desktop and mobile apps, and a free level of service (with up to three chat agents) that is probably plenty for a small team. This module isn't necessary to integrate Tidio into your WHMCS template, as you can simply add the Javascript Tidio provides to your theme's footer, but the client identification this module provides in the Tidio app is very handy. For a free module this is great!
