WHMCS Ticket Timer is similar to Ubersmith's Timer. It allows you to schedule a specific ticket to perform some advanced actions such as: changing ticket status, changing ticket urgency (priority), changing department, flagging ticket to an admin, etc…It will even send you a notification when the Timer goes off. You can also schedule to send a reply to client at a time in the future.

Have been using this prior to busy rack purchasing it from the original company. Works very well. You can have it remind you or another admin, save templates and reuse them as well as set times for x days ahead or exact time and date. It can change the ticket status, assigned to, or even post to the ticket at a given time or x days later. I have not had any issue or found any bugs in the past 4 years we have been using it. I was surprised to see there were no reviews but that is not uncommon. When something works great you don't always see a lot of reviews on it. Keep up the good work. If there is an update, I would like to see an interface update if possible but that would be the one request.
