Seamless Zammad integration for WHMCS — a modern ticket experience in the WHMCS Client Area, backed by the Zammad REST API. Optionally replace the default WHMCS ticket pages and run the full lifecycle (list, create, reply, close) against Zammad, while keeping WHMCS as the customer portal.

    Create, view, filter, search, and reply to tickets without leaving the Client Area.

    Summernote editor, multi-file uploads, priority and group selection, service/domain association, knowledgebase autosuggest on the subject, contextual ticket meta (number, group, status, priority, updated-at), and action links.

  • Optional “sensitive data” (per ticket)
    Store extra confidential content in WHMCS (encrypted at rest, retention-aware) with a dedicated tab on the ticket edit screen — without mixing it into the normal public ticket thread unless you choose to notify Zammad via internal notes (configurable).

  • Optional replacement of WHMCS core tickets
    Smart redirects from supporttickets and submitticket to the Zammad-powered views.

  • Clean UI, two theme families
    Ships with templates for Six/Twenty-One and Lagom 2. Lagom overrides live under:

  • Admin & operations
    Addon admin area for global settings, ticket sync helpers, support hours (where used), sensitive-data administration, dashboard-style overview, and scheduled/cron-friendly tasks for housekeeping and bridging (see module documentation for cron URL or hook setup).

  • Secure & maintainable
    CSRF on client actions, strict server-side validation, compatibility with PHP 8.2 / 8.3 and current WHMCS addon patterns.

Requirements

  • WHMCS 8.6+ (Six/Twenty-One or Lagom 2 recommended where templates are used)
  • Zammad (self-hosted or cloud) with a valid API token
  • PHP 8.1+
  • HTTPS from WHMCS → Zammad (outbound API calls)
