Ticket Priority is a WHMCS module designed to help hosting providers and service businesses offer paid priority support in a controlled and automated way.
The module allows clients to purchase a Priority Ticket and, after successful payment, automatically redirects them to open a support ticket. Priority tickets are clearly identified in the admin area so your team can handle them with precedence.

How It Works

After installation, administrators create and configure a dedicated product for Priority Tickets inside WHMCS.
When a client purchases the Priority Ticket product and completes payment, the module automatically redirects the client to the ticket creation page.
The ticket is then clearly identifiable in the admin area, allowing your team to immediately recognize and prioritize it within the existing support workflow.

Requirements
