Provonic Contabo Cloud Servers For WHMCS is the Contabo server module that automates Contabo VPS provisioning and management inside WHMCS. It is a Contabo WHMCS module, Contabo VPS module, Contabo VDS module and Contabo WHMCS integration in one: it connects to the Contabo API, so when a client orders, a Contabo Cloud VPS (virtual private server) or Cloud VDS (virtual dedicated server) is created with the plan, region and OS set on the product or chosen at order, and suspend, unsuspend and terminate follow the WHMCS billing cycle automatically. Contabo plans, Contabo regions and Contabo OS images are loaded live from the Contabo API, never typed in by hand.
Use it to sell Contabo VPS or resell Contabo VPS & VDS servers as a Contabo reseller. Contabo automation and Contabo provisioning handle every Contabo cloud VPS order, while clients get self-service control in the client area: power on, power off, reboot and shutdown, change password with a root password reset, view server status and network information, rebuild server with a new OS (an OS reinstall, or reinstall OS from the list of OS images you allow), manage Contabo reverse DNS (rDNS) and PTR records for their IP addresses, create snapshot, restore snapshot or revert snapshot points at any time, connect their servers over Contabo private networks, and read the action logs of everything done on the server.
For admins, Contabo cloud servers are managed like any other WHMCS product, and the admin service page mirrors the client area: every action, plus Contabo snapshots, reverse DNS, private networks and action logs, for Contabo server management without logging in to Contabo. Configurable options add the Contabo plan, region, OS image, automatic backups and private network to the order form, generated with one switch each. An optional cloud-init provisioning script (cloud init user data) runs on every new server, and a reinstall script option decides whether your script runs again when a server is reinstalled. The Contabo Automated Backup and Private Networking add-ons are ordered with the server, set per product or chosen by the client at checkout; with Private Networking, private networks are created for each order, and an SSH key given at order is added to the new server.
Profit pricing turns Contabo pricing into your price list: set a profit margin, a markup on Contabo's plan cost, for each billing cycle Contabo provisions (Monthly, Quarterly, Semi-Annually and Annually), and the module writes it to the product's pricing in every currency, while a daily price sync keeps it in line with Contabo prices. The OS images are whatever Contabo offers today, listed live from the Contabo API rather than from a fixed list, so you can sell Linux VPS and Windows VPS: Ubuntu, Debian, AlmaLinux, Rocky Linux, Fedora, openSUSE, Arch Linux, CentOS Stream and Windows Server, many available with cPanel or with Plesk preinstalled.
