It does not change ticket status, close tickets, open tickets, assign tickets, or perform background actions. AI is only used when an admin manually clicks the Run AI button.
The generated response is placed into the WHMCS reply editor so your staff can review, edit, and send it manually.
Ticket content and staff drafts are sent to the configured AI provider only when an admin manually clicks Run AI.
This module requires your own OpenAI API key. OpenAI API usage may incur charges from OpenAI. The module itself is free.
