Support Reply Assistant - AI is a free WHMCS addon that helps support staff write clearer, friendlier, and easier-to-understand ticket replies.

It adds a compact AI writing assistant directly inside the WHMCS admin ticket reply editor. Staff can polish a draft, simplify technical wording, draft a reply from ticket context, or ask the customer for missing information. The generated text is inserted into the editor for review, so your team always stays in control.

This module is designed for hosting providers, agencies, MSPs, and support teams who work with customers who may not be technical. It helps turn rough notes or technical explanations into customer-friendly replies without sending anything automatically.

What It Does

Manual and Staff-Controlled

This addon does not send replies automatically.

It does not change ticket status, close tickets, open tickets, assign tickets, or perform background actions. AI is only used when an admin manually clicks the Run AI button.

The generated response is placed into the WHMCS reply editor so your staff can review, edit, and send it manually.

Privacy and API Usage
