How to increase the number of monitors?
The number of available website and server monitors is defined by the pricing plan (Lite, Personal, Plus, Advanced, Pro, Business, Enterprise).
To compare the plans in your WHMCS Admin Area:
- Go to Configuration > System Settings > MarketConnect.
- Click Manage in the 360 Monitoring panel.
- Click the Pricing tab.
- Click Compare Plans.
Clients can compare plans on the 360 Monitoring landing page by going to Store > Site & Server Monitoring in the shopping cart.
Client can self-service upgrade to a higher plan to access more monitors, see Service Upgrades.
If you require more monitors than the largest plan offers, please contact your Webpros Account Manager or inquire via the 360 Monitoring website.
