During the first steps of using marketgoo, the website scan may get stuck for two main reasons:
The user’s website is not available. First, ensure that your user’s website is published and working correctly and once it is fixed contact our Support team to help you restart the scanning.
The user’s website has a redirect. This rarely happens but in this case, contact our support team for assistance.
The scan received an error reading the home page at the time the site was being added to the system.
If the website is working correctly, contact our Support team to help you restart the scanning.
Note: The system retries the scan every 24 hours.
