We know that you can setup a welcome email in the product field but We created this module because of VPS and Dedicated servers. Some VPS and Dedicated servers are not setup automatically so when the client signup for a dedicated server, the system automatically opens the Ticket with Subject New Server Details and with content like welcome email. After a server is up your admin will update this ticket with server details.

Once that year ends, it sends an invoice to you for renewal. It will be $19.99 for two years. After payment, you will continue to receive support and updates on our module release. As soon as the order is placed, the system already forwards a ticket to the customer and you can configure it as you wish.
Even choosing and associating each product separately!
