This addon uses the Action Hook system and runs during the daily cron job. It checks for support tickets that are not linked to a Client or Sub-Account, but match a Client's or Sub-Account's e-mail address. For example: this can occur for Sales tickets and others submitted by a client before they signed up for services. This hook links them to the client, allowing for easy access at any time.
No special server configuration needed.
It is $6.00 CAD monthly (or $60 CAD annually - essentially getting 12 months for the price of 10) with free support & updates for as long as your service is Active.
