Activating SiteLock VPN
The SiteLock VPN products is no longer available to buy or renew as of May 31st, 2022. Effective immediately, WHMCS MarketConnect will no longer allow new reseller activations for this product group. For more information please visit: News and Announcements April 2022
This article will walk you through activating SiteLock VPN services for sale through your WHMCS admin.
1. First, navigate to Configuration > System Settings > MarketConnect from inside your admin area.
2. Then click Start Selling underneath the tile labeled VPN Powered by SiteLock.
3. Click Activate Now to use the easy one-click setup which will automatically create and setup the VPN product and activate the built in landing page.
If you would like to see the landing page that is set up automatically, you can see it in your client area.
Go to Store > VPN in the Client Area while logged out.
Below you can see a full version of what the default landing page looks like.
All the landing pages that are provided with MarketConnect are controlled by templates and are fully customizable using any regular HTML editor. The template files can be found in the /store/ directory within your active client area template directory.
By default, the following SiteLock VPN promotion is also enabled for all existing customers with hosting services when logging into the client area. If you wish to change this or any of the other promotional settings, you can do so via the Manage button under SiteLock. VPN.
