Contacting SiteLock Support

The SiteLock VPN products are no longer available to buy or renew as of May 31st, 2022.  Effective immediately, WHMCS MarketConnect will no longer allow new reseller activations for this product group.  For more information please visit: News and Announcements April 2022

You can contact SiteLock support through the SiteLock Control Panel. Step by step instructions to access it are available in this guide.

Once logged into the control panel you will see this home screen.

The contact information can be found on the left as well as a support link in the nav bar.

Click the Support link to open up a message box where you can directly contact SiteLock support and select the VPN service you need assistance with:
