SiteLock VPN End-of-Life
This article includes the suggested steps administrators should take to prepare for the discontinuation of the SiteLock VPN service.
Recommended Actions
1. Remove products from sale/disable landing page/promotions for SiteLock VPN.
This is accessed via Configuration > System Settings > MarketConnect > Manage > Pricing tab.
Toggle the Enabled option to the Disabled position:

2. Deactivate SiteLock VPN via the MarketConnect
This is accessed via Configuration > System Settings > MarketConnect > Manage.
Click the red Deactivate tab:
Suggested Communications to End-Users
This section includes 2 suggested email copies for resellers to send customers with Active VPN subscriptions:
- Email 1 – End-user Communication
- Email 2 – End-user Reminder
Email 1: End-user Notification Email

We are writing today to advise you that the SiteLock VPN service of which you are an active subscriber is being discontinued by SiteLock and will no longer be available to be renewed or reactivated after May 31st, 2022. As an existing customer your account will remain active, and you will continue to receive product support through the end of your subscription.
Our top priority is our customers, and we are committed to ensuring the highest level of customer care and support as you move through this transition.
There is no action needed on your part, but we encourage you to login to our client area for details regarding your subscription and expiration date so you can proactively prepare for this change in service.
