Technical support for the website security portion of MarketConnect is provided directly by SiteLock. So you can contact them directly regarding any technical issues or usage questions you may encounter using the website security service.
To contact SiteLock support, follow these steps:
1. Login to your WHMCS Admin area,
2. Navigate to Setup > MarketConnect
3. Click Manage in the SiteLock section,
4. Enter the domain name of the service with which you require support
5. Click Go
6. Within the SiteLock control panel, click Support in the left-hand navigation bar:
