Refund Periods

Canceling an order or Terminating a service within your WHMCS installation will automatically submit a cancellation to the Marketplace.

If the item being canceled is within the refund grace period, the full cost will be automatically credited back to your Marketplace balance.

The refund grace periods are as follows:

Once the refund period has elapsed, a service can still be cancelled but no credit can be given.
