Troubleshooting: Authentication required
Provisioning or management of MarketConnect services fails with an error in the module queue:
Error: Authentication required
The MarketConnect credentials in your WHMCS installation are not valid. For example, the account password may have changed.
To resolve this issue:
1. Go to Configuration > System Settings > MarketConnect.
2. Click Resolve Now under Your Account.
3. Follow the displayed instructions to log in using your current credentials.
4. Click Login.
